We are in a fresh move of God and in this movement, many are experiencing a transition of some kind, whether in a job, ministry, a location, relationships, or other. New connections are being made in what God is doing in our lives. Many are also experiencing an upgrade in some way, whether in pay, position, clarity, or confidence, as well as spiritual revelation or a new level of personal or business well-being.
As I was thinking about all this, the Lord quickened to me that when His Holy Spirit moves, there is a powerful dynamic of internal transformation that He releases into us. Transition requires a new surge of strength that we did not have prior. It is a divine empowerment needed for the new place or assignment that Father is taking us into. Without His transformation power, we won’t be able to fully transition or engage the new level He has for us.
This was seen at the time of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost (just after Christ’s resurrection). The Holy Spirit’s movement released tremendous transformational power so that the fearful became bold, the faithless became full of faith, and confusion turned to clarity as a new move in the earth began both in and through God’s people. God was releasing a fresh baptism of power into those pressing into God’s heart and promises for the new season and era of Kingdom work. It was as Jesus said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8).
In this fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit, I encourage you to press into God’s heart regarding His transitional movement in your life. Wait on the Holy Spirit and watch for an internal transformation and power of the Spirit to come into your life in some new way for your labor with Him in this world. The transformative power of God in your life is a key part to the new place of engagement and purpose He has for you.
